1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 88cj online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and ancillary services made available at 88cj.net ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by 88cj ("88cj", "we", "our", "us").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 88cj, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. We operate a strict 18+ policy and actively verify age during the registration process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another person).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform by 88cj or be subject to any self-exclusion scheme.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 88cj, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. 88cj reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — will be considered in violation of these Terms. Any winnings accrued across duplicate accounts may be voided and forfeited.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88cj account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account.

You agree to notify 88cj immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your security credentials. 88cj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

88cj recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional layer of security. We reserve the right to lock an account and request re-verification if we suspect unauthorised access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on the 88cj Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is 500 PKR.
• All deposits are subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) checks.
• 88cj does not accept deposits made by third parties. Funds must originate from an account or wallet held in your own name.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 88cj account within minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever technically possible, in accordance with AML best practices.
• 88cj aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• 88cj reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks.
• Withdrawal requests relating to funds that have not met applicable bonus wagering requirements will be declined until those requirements are fulfilled.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

88cj offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing accounts only.
• Each player is entitled to claim a specific bonus offer only once unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn as cash until requirements are satisfied.
• 88cj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any promotional offer — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering intended solely to clear bonus requirements — will result in voiding of all associated bonuses and may lead to account closure.

6. Betting Rules & Gameplay

All bets placed on the 88cj Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game or market. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.

88cj uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from dedicated studios. 88cj does not manipulate game outcomes. All results are generated fairly and independently.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 88cj will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a bet cannot be confirmed as placed due to a technical failure, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88cj Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software. Any winnings arising from a known software error may be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using another person's account or payment credentials without their express consent.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 88cj staff or other players through any channel.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or cancel any deposit made to your 88cj account through your payment provider without first contacting 88cj support.

88cj reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of funds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 88cj Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the proprietary property of 88cj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 88cj.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88cj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any other intangible losses.

88cj's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 88cj's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

88cj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a way to manage financial or personal difficulties.

We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account via your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration reminders to keep track of your gaming time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary break from the Platform for a period of your choosing (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).

11. Account Suspension & Closure

88cj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass identity verification, or engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, 88cj may void all outstanding bets, forfeit all bonus funds, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are legitimately owed and the account closure was not due to fraudulent conduct, 88cj will return the net real-money balance after deducting any amounts owed.

You may close your 88cj account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in the normal course.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your 88cj account or any bet or game result, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within a reasonable timeframe, 88cj will work with the player in good faith to reach an equitable resolution. All disputes regarding individual game outcomes are subject to the certified RNG records held by 88cj and its third-party audit partners, which shall be considered final and conclusive evidence of game results.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring your use of 88cj's services complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

88cj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
